Roddy
Ladies, From pixie crops to beautiful long layers, from textured curls to sharp bobs. Gentlemen, From tight skin fades to classic mens styling, from mullets to mobs, Roddy is Ms. Francis's master cutter.
He has a reputation for being both super creative and a bit of a perfectionist with the scissors. Roddy's cutting skills are forever evolving as he is always learning the newest techniques for his guests. He strongly believes education is the key, as he has previously worked as a trainer for apprentices at colleges and a national educator training qualified hairdressers into further developing their craft. Although we like to tease him for how meticulous he can be, Roddys guests love his precise attention to detail. He has a special ability to make his guests smile even after the toughest of days, whether its telling Dad jokes or just having a good chat, Roddy will keep you entertained through your whole Ms. Francis experience. The salon always feels a lot quieter on the days Roddy is off travelling, surfing or just spending time with his family.
Victoria
With 23 years of Hairdressing experience in some of Australia's most prestige salons such as Togninis, Valonz and Toni & Guy, Victoria is the Colour Queen of Ms. Francis.
She has an avid interest in corrective colour work, there is no job too big for her. Victoria's guests love the extra care she takes during the consultation process to get them started on their exciting colour journey, she values maintaining hair quality while giving you something that is unique and personalised to your individual style. With 12 years experience of educating other hairdressers on a national stage, she has worked alongside industry leaders such as X-presion, Tabatha Coffey, Errol Douglas and Damien Carney. Victoria has created beautiful looks that have been featured in printed work such as Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire, she has also worked in hair for movies and Australian TV. When she's not talking hair, she loves chatting with her guests about her favourite things cats, champagne, home renovations and her children (sometimes in that order!)
Bre
Bre is the Ms. Francis all rounder and it has been said that her cuts and colours are as creative as her outfits. Bre enjoys fresh clean blondes or the challenge of high fashion creative colours and loves to tailor her cuts to your colour.
If you are after that photo worthy style, Bre loves nothing more than getting her hands on a blowdryer and brush to create her high signature finish. She has worked alongside well known stylists and fashion bloggers creating hair looks for both National and International publications such as Oyster, Collective and Be Street. She also enjoys stage work and has participated in national hair shows, including working as director for Brisbane Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Bre is the resident pop culture junkie and loves all things music and movies, you can often hear her playing trivia with her guests.
Riley
Riley is a lover of all things hair. A known blonde specialist in Brisbane and all around colour expert, she is celebrated for her seamless balayage and the beautiful tones she creates but she also loves a blunt bob.
Riley is a Wella Master Colour Expert being 1 of 24 in Australia and New Zealand to have completed the program, her guests love her extensive knowledge of colour. She also has an interest in styling and has worked at various fashion weeks including Brisbane Arcade Spring Fashion Week. Riley's career goal is to work at New York Fashion Week as a guest artist. When Riley is not at work you can find her at festivals, shopping, binge watching Stranger Things or Love Island and sipping on Expresso Martinis. Fun Fact - her favourite animal is a Wombat!
Demi
Having worked in the industry for 10 years Demi is the Ms Francis styling professional with the incredible accomplishment of being hand chosen to a part of the GHD Style Squad for the last 3 years running. This has taken her across Australia representing GHD, creating beautiful styles for prestige events such as Sydney Fashion Week. Demi was also selected to style hair at New York Fashion Week in 2020 where she worked on runway hair for labels such as Zimmerman.
Demi is the small town girl with a heart of gold, who made the move to the big city and joined the Ms Francis team in 2019. When she’s not jet setting around the country being a styling superstar you’ll catch Demi in the salon creating beautiful cuts and colours whether that be her signature 70’s inspired modern mullets, shags or curtain fringes or seamless balayage’s and bright blondes. Demi is a bit of a foodie and loves trading restaurant and cocktail bar recommendations with her guests! In her time away from Ms. Francis she enjoys finding and exploring markets in Brisbane, doing Pilates, attending festivals and spending time with her friends and family.
